The easiest way to describe " us " is " family "

We started out as a family run business back in 2009.  Over the years we have grown and we have coaches and members whom have been a part of Lions Den for over 13 years now!!  We pride ourselves on the family like bond our members and programs have with everyone pushing each other to achieve each others goals .  Some goals may be to get into shape , some may be to help a child's confidence or social needs, others may want to compete . As a family we make sure those goals are not only met but surpassed.
