MEMBERSHIP CANCELATIONS & FREEZES
Cancelations
All reoccurring memberships with 6 month commitments can be cancelled following the 6'th monthly payment. To cancel just send an email to : contact@lionsdeneastgreenbush.com

cancellation email must be sent 10 day prior to your next billing date otherwise cancellation will begin the following month.

No refunds are given on unused memberships or prepaid memberships such as 1 , 6 or 12 month pre paid memberships .

Freezes
​
Members can freeze their reoccurring membership at anytime by emailing : contact@lionsdeneastgreenbush.com 10 days prior to their next billing date. If within 10 days it will freeze the following month.

Freezing is allowed if a child is involved in another sport for part of the year or if an injury occurs to a student that may take months to heal such as a bone break or injury requiring surgery. ( note : these injuries rarely occur here and normally in school sports or at trampoline parks ) . We can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year.

Freezes on pre paid memberships - for members that pay 6 or 12 months in advance , we can freeze for membership if an injury occurs and you provide a Dr note to show injury and recovery time. No refunds are given on prepaid memberships however we will honor all 6 or 12 months paid for . We also allow members to transfer remanning time on a 6 or 12 month membership to a friend or family member if they no longer wish to continue . We however only allow this transfer to go to someone who is not a current member here at the Den.
